Next Session at The Ladder: Food as Medicine! September 8th!

Join us Saturday, September 8th at 12:30pm at UROC to learn about food as medicine.

Food is an important part of our daily lives, but not only does it taste good and fill us up, but it can also help our bodies grow, heal, and be strong! Get ready to learn about healthy eating, nutrition, and the importance of knowing the effects of different foods in a fun and interactive way! As always, feel free to invite any friends and family that might be interested in joining. We hope to see you soon!
